Welcome to Mindologue ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of the Application

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the application; (ii) using any automated system to access the application; (iii) transmitting any viruses or harmful code; (iv) interfering with the proper working of the application.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Mindologue immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Mindologue offers auto-renewable subscription services that provide access to premium features and content. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

8.1 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase
  • No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

8.2 Pricing and Billing

  • Subscription prices are clearly displayed before purchase and may vary by region
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Prices may change at any time, and we will notify you of any price changes

8.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Opening the Settings app on your iOS device
  • Tapping your name at the top
  • Tapping "Subscriptions"
  • Selecting Mindologue and tapping "Cancel Subscription"

Alternatively, you can manage subscriptions through the App Store app or iTunes on your computer.

8.4 Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their standard refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly.

8.5 Apple's Role

Purchases are made through Apple's App Store. Apple acts as the merchant of record for all subscription transactions. Your relationship with Apple regarding purchases is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on the application and updating the "Last updated" date.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mindologue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mindologue be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
