How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the Mindolog app on your iPhone or iPad → open your Profile (or tap the Premium banner) → tap Restore Purchases. Ensure you are signed into the device with the exact same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel or modify my subscription?

All subscriptions are securely managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings > [Your Name / Apple ID] > Subscriptions → tap Mindolog → choose to cancel or modify your active plan.

Are my drawings, notes, and AI chats confidential?

Yes, 100%. Privacy is at the foundational core of Mindolog. Your projective drawings, mood entries, and reflections are strictly private to you. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal reflections. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Does Mindolog replace medical therapy or crisis services?

No. Mindolog is designed for mindfulness, self-discovery, emotional awareness, and guided reflection. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace licensed medical or psychological care. How can I delete my account or personal data?

You can delete your account and all associated data in one tap directly inside the Mindolog app by going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Alternatively, choose "Account & Data Deletion" in the support form above and we will manually purge your data within 48 hours.
